Tom Fisher, President
Tom is in his 3rd year of service as a board member. Tom serves as the President of the Board.

Vince Welch, 1st Vice President, Gallery and Archives Chair
Vince was appointed in 2024 and will fill a two year term. Vince has been a SNC member since 2018.

Cheryl Mikuliak, 2nd Vice President and Membership/Public Relations Committee Chairperson
Cheryl was elected to the board in January 2026 for a three year term. Cheryl serves as the 2nd Vice President and Chairperson of Membership and Public relations

Kari Chapman, Secretary
Kari was elected to the board in 2025, serving on the executive committee as Secretary, and will serve a 3 year term.

Holly Petty, Treasurer
Holly was elected to the board in January 2026 for a three year term. Holly serves as Treasurer.

Derrick Muldoon, House and Meetings Chair
Derrick was elected to a 3-year term in 2025. In January 2026, Derrick assumed the role of Chair of House and Meetings

Bill Parrish, Technology and Security Chair
Bill was appointed to the board in July 2024. He assumed the duties as the Chair of Tehcnology and Security. Bill is an IT professional with 30 years of experience in the industry.

Kip Watts, Building and Grounds Chair
Kip was elected to the board in January 2025. He assumed the duties of the Building and Grounds chair in April 2025. He plans to used his computer background to assist Bill. Kip will also be looking for ways to expand Corrections meetings in Hamilton County.

Sean was elected to the board in January 2026 for a three year term. Sean serves as Member at Large.
